Amazing waterfall. Its about half hour drive after turning off the main road. Google maps doesnt take you to quite the right place so just ask people once you get close. You go into the local government building to pay the fee and there are guys hanging out opposite who will guide you. The path starts near there.Its about a 300m descent the last bit quite steep - Id recommend hiking boots. The waterfall is amazingly beautiful - plan some time to enjoy it definitely take swimwear. We were the only ones there although another group came down just as we were leaving.Walk back up felt very hot and long I think it was about 1 hr 15 mins up (maybe 1hr down). Worth it

Amazing hidden waterfall with a not so easy access. It was at least a 1 hour drive from the cave to get there. The roads are partly destroyed. I would highly recommend taking the bigger road.Once we got there we ask a lady selling things by the road how to get to the waterfall. She lended us two of her kids who guided us directly to the place.The hike takes - 2 hours back and forth with a 300m climb on your way back. This is not a nice hiking path. If you have any difficulties hiking for any health reasons do not go.

The best waterfall experience I had so far I drove to the closest point of the waterfall on google maps and asked people on the street how to get there. Its a bit hidden so you need a guide who you can hire for about 20-30k. So an indonesian teenager of about 15 years brought me there it was a 35-40min walk through the jungle. At the end we arrived at this AMAZING waterfall and we were the only people there There are 3 or 4 natural pools and you can swim in them. The whole complex is just unbelievably beautiful with so many different part where water is running down. I definitely recommend comming here Also the motorbike drive from Ruteng is pretty nice.

Hidden gem Amazing placeIt is not easy to find the waterfall and towards the end the route gets very challenging - steep down and slippery. We only found it because we met local boys who showed us the way.You have to pay 20 000 and register in the office in the nearby village and you can also ask for a guide there but probably better to check with your guest house if they know the guide.The water is not deep refreshing and we had a great time there

What a beautiful waterfall and a cool hiking adventure to get to it. However I deduct 1 star because I feel like I got ripped off. In total I payed 125K to visit this waterfall. I came to the official local building and there were many people telling me what to do.. 20K for registering first it was 50K and then it was 100K for a guide and the guide wanted me to give a tip as well. I only gave 5K because this had already cost me a fortune..

Amazing waterfall. Its a little hard to find you have to go to the towns office first. They will ask you if you want a guide (you need one....). Then the hike to the waterfall starts it will take about 45 min down and the same back up. It is very steep at some points and you will get sweaty. Bring swimming gear.

Cascade magnifique mais qui se mrite. On commence par une longue descente dans des chemins en cailloux on arrive sur de magnifiques rizires. Puis on prend gauche petit replat avant la descente finale (trs raide et assez glissante). Je ne recommanderais pas forcment avec des enfants car laccs est vraiment compliqu mais sinon a vaut vraiment le coup. Prvoir de bonnes chaussures. Nous navions pas pris de guide mais le chemin nest pas simple suivre.
